Kenneth Moraleda features as Winata in the television event “Schapelle”
In October 2004, Gold Coast woman Schapelle Corby was arrested in Bali with 4.2kg of marijuana in her boogie board bag. Her arrest and trial become a real-life soap opera that shocked and divided the nation. A decade later the question remains, did she really do it?
Kenneth Moraleda portrays the Balinese Customs officer Nyoman Winata, the officer on duty on that day of her arrest.
Schapelle Corby is played by Krew Boylan Jacinta Stapleton as Mercedes Corby, Colin Friels as Mick Corby and Denise Roberts plays the matriarch Roseleigh Rose Corby. Other cast include Les Chantery (Ron Bakir) Waseem Kahn (Vasu) Ngoc Phan (Lily) and Vince Collosimo (Robin Tampoe)
